Vendor table cost is $200. Additional tables are $75 each due to space availability. (No more than two tables per vendor). This cost covers both Event Days but does not include ICAW registration. Alternatively, you may purchase a Vendor Table Package which includes both registration and a vendor table.
If you have Registered for ICAW your Vendor Table Cost is $150 for 2 Days.
Vendor Table Package 1 Includes: 1 Early Bird ICAW Registration & 1 Vendor Table for 2 Days. ($247)
V.I.P Vendor Table Package 2 Includes: 1 V.I.P Early Bird Registration & 1 Vendor Table for 2 Days. ($347)

Vendor Registration and payment will close on Friday, March 31st 2023, 5PM (CST).
Vendors should bring their own table dressing for an 8’ table.
Vendor set up times are Thursday, April 27th 6pm-8:30pm & Friday, April 28th @ 9:30am-11:30am.
Vendor Parking: All vendors can park in the back parking lot of The Gathering Place. The Facility Entry Number is #3E.
